Mission
The purpose of this organization shall be to promote and maintain fraternal ideals, spirit, and leadership among fraternities at Lamar University; promote and ensure cooperation among the fraternities, their National Organizations, the University administration, and the community; aid in the development and maturation of individual fraternity members; provide a medium for the exchange of ideas between the various fraternities; coordinate the fraternities in order to make them as effective as possible; and to promote the interest of college fraternities in general.

Membership Benefits
Must be an active member of one of the five fraternities withing IFC, which are Alpha Tau Omega, Kappa Alpha Order, Pi Kappa Alpha, Sigma Phi Delta, and Sigma Nu
