About Us
Woman to Woman was founded in 2007 by Mrs. Belashia Wallace and quickly grew to become the top women's organization on campus. The purpose of this organization is to empower and equip the young women on the Lamar University campus with the necessary tools for success. Woman to Woman serves as an outlet for young women to come together and open up about issues that every young woman faces in college, such as relationships, finances, education, and career in an effort to help them take progressive steps towards womanhood. Woman to Woman stands firm on the principles of empowerment, fellowship, leadership, and community service while welcoming women of all backgrounds.
