Wellness Pack Referral

If you know a student in need of a Wellness Pack, please fill out this short referral form.

Wellness Packs include:

Hair brush, wide tooth comb, 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner, lotion, Vaseline, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, nail clippers, nail file, body/face soap, washcloth, deodorant, razor, sunscreen.

Health Education at the Student Health Center is now offering Wellness Packs for students! Wellness Packs include hygiene & health supplies like toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brushes, deodorant, shaving cream, face wash, sunscreen, nail clippers, combs, shampoo, conditioner, etc. If you'd like to receive a Wellness Pack to keep on hand in your office, let us know.
