Come join us for the first edition of our 'Second Saturday of the Rec'! Occurring on the second Saturday of every month, the back patio of the Rec Center will be turned into a atmospheric outdoor event space . There will be food and drinks, including alcohol for those over the age of 21. Come hang out with your friends around the firepits or make some new ones whilst playing a selection of games or dancing to the DJ's tunes. There's even some art murals, perfect for those Instagram shots! You don't want to miss it!

NB: Be sure to bring your Cardinal One card and a valid driving license to ensure your entry. We look forward to seeing y'all!

Women's Soccer vs Texas A&M - Corpus Christi Beaumont, Texas

American rapper Waka Flocka Flame will visit Lamar University to headline the Homecoming Concert on Friday, October 11. Doors open at 7 pm, and the show starts at 8 pm with an opening act by LU students. Waka Flocka Flame will take the stage to perform hits like “No Hands,” “Round of Applause,” “Hard in da Paint,” and “O Let’s Do It.”
