Mission
The purpose of this organization shall be to promote service at Lamar University community at large, to provide for professional development of our membership, and to offer a social outlet to all those interested in Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.

Membership Benefits
A minimum of 12 semester hours completed at Lamar University
Must be currently enrolled at Lamar as a full-time student (12 hours)
GPA of 2.75 or higher
Must be in good standing with Lamar University
