About Us

The mission of the Criminal Justice Student Association is to bring together and support students who are either Criminal Justice Majors or those interested in a career in the Criminal Justice System. We support that mission by sharing of ideas, assistance in academic matters and opening doors by our contacts in the Criminal Justice community. Part of that mission involves giving back to the Lamar and local community by participation in volunteer projects to benefit the society we plan to serve in the future. Our mission also includes educating current and future Lamar students about our criminal justice program by our commitment to honesty, integrity, equality and fairness with a commitment to our nation's Constitutional principles.
